NECC Support Team of the Quarter Award - June 2009

For outstanding support to the JPMO, the NECC Requirements Team, lead by Dr. Jim Todd, has been responsible for 2 versions of System Requirements Specifications (SyRS 2.0, 2.1) in support of GCCS FoS requirement decomposition for input to the FTP v1.5, Business Process Model development and extension, Candidate Service Specification development and CDD Requirements Analysis.  The team is comprised of Dave Tascione, Pete Attas (SA MCA), Shelley Stall, Alberta Nikolai, Frank Leibsly, and David Slade.  Jason Wong and Steve Fogg are responsible for RMS management and are critical members of the requirements team.  The whole team worked tirelessly along with the entire MCA to capture all work and to produce the NECC specifications related to the requirements.  For their dedication, the members of NECC Requirements Team are truly deserving of the STAR Team Award.

On the Spot Award - July 2009

Over the last serveral months, Jason has provided critical support to the Net-Enable Command Capability (NECC) Joint Program Management Office (DISA PEO-C2C).  Jason managed the efforts of a small team of developers while staying on top of the continuously evolving needs of the program office.  The preparations for the NECC Program Preliminary Design Review depended heavily on Jason's ability to rapidly update and adapt the requirements management system.  He was able to generate requirements traceability reports and metrics while working tirelessly with thousands of new requirements that had to be processed and entered into the database.  Jason has been fully dedicated to the success of this effort, spending weekends, and long days to ensure the program exceeds expectations.
