My Thoughts On The Universe . . .
Why are we here? What's the meaning of life?
Here are my thoughts. There is actually no
meaning to our existence. We're just here to enjoy life while we're
here for a short time. I'm more into the scientific thinking about the
Big Bang Theory, but uncertain as to HOW everything came about.
Religion itself is nothing but a special interest group where they believe
what they want to make themselves feel better about themselves, a place
to belong. Why else would there be so many types of religions where
they believe in one all mighty being? If I remember correctly, there
has been about 4 era's in the Earth's history and we are living in the
5th. Take for example the dinosaurs that lived in the 4th era, I
doubt that God put them there. It's purely accidental. Cells
come together and formed whatever happened to be. In that case,
the cells formed dinos. And then they died from a meteor.
Then other cells formed and eventually formed us humans. We're just
one big formation of cells with no specific purpose. Who knows,
we might also be some experiments that aliens are conducting for their
pleasures. What if the all mighty God actually turned out to be
an alien experiementalist? He who created us all. That would
be a hoot! Thus, there is no real meaning to life. Life is
how one interprets it and how one wants to live it!
Do I believe in ghosts?
Nope. There has been no real proof that they exist.
You are born, then you die. I don't believe in an afterlife where you
go to heaven or hell or get stuck on earth. I believe this was made up
so people can feel better about themselves knowing that their loved ones
have gone to a better place after they have passed away. And to maybe
scare children in telling them they are going to hell if they don't be
good.
Do I believe In Aliens/Extra Terrestrials?
Yes. The universe is such a vast place that it would
be wrong to believe that we are the only living beings out here. Even
a tiny microbe would mean there is life elsewhere. If there are
aliens visiting us currently, who knows!
